Bridport is an attractive and lively market town, often referred to as ‘Gateway Town to the Jurassic Coast’. It has a great mix of shops and a weekly market, as well as an art and vintage quarter. The town also has over 1000 listed buildings and a museum to explore. Where the rivers Brit and Asker reach the sea is the jewel in Bridport’s crown – West Bay. It is an established seaside resort and fishing harbour, famous for its TV appearance, recently seen in ITV’s smash hit Broadchurch.
